About the initiative
The Threads of Hope Initiative is a development initiative that aims to empower 15 vulnerable women in the central Gaza Strip by providing them with practical skills in sustainable sewing and fabric recycling. The initiative seeks to enhance the participants' professional capabilities and prepare them to enter the job market or start small income-generating projects. It also focuses on promoting a culture of environmentally friendly production by reducing waste and reusing fabrics, thus contributing to improved livelihoods and greater self-reliance within the local community.
Expected Impact
Improved income opportunities, enhanced environmental awareness, and support for community sustainability.
