Explosive Ordnance Awareness, Preparedness and Protection Project

The project aims to enhance the awareness of at-risk communities in the central and southern governorates of the Gaza Strip regarding the dangers of explosive ordnance remnants and safe handling practices. It also focuses on educating all community groups on how to avoid risks, report them, and strengthen safety and safe behavior during emergencies, including preparing emergency kits and their essential contents.

The project includes interactive awareness activities such as guidance sessions, distribution of educational materials (brochures and posters), practical training sessions, as well as specialized sessions for children and youth in schools. The goal is to strengthen personal and community protection and reduce incidents related to explosive ordnance.
