The project aims to promote the practice of the right to artistic freedom and cultural resilience in the Gaza Strip, Palestine. Twelve social and cultural artists, along with an animator, have been employed for this initiative. The focus of the project is to provide psychological and social support to children in displacement areas, particularly in open spaces in Deir al-Balah, over a period of three months. Around 200 children will benefit from these activities, receiving psychosocial kits and toys to encourage creativity and develop their artistic skills. The project seeks to use art as a means of self-expression and cultural resilience, contributing to the strengthening of the community in the face of challenging circumstances.

The project is focused on empowering women survivors of gender-based violence by providing them with the essential support and resources to rebuild their lives and create a better future for themselves and their families. This initiative includes offering psychosocial support through counseling and social services, helping women overcome the psychological impacts of violence. It also enhances their skills through training courses and workshops, enabling them to secure better job opportunities and build promising careers. Additionally, the project provides financial support and money management training, empowering women to achieve financial independence and improve their living conditions. By raising awareness about women's rights and gender equality, and educating women on available services, the project ensures they have the knowledge and tools to access the support they need. Ultimately, this initiative contributes to building a more sustainable and inclusive community, where women are empowered to actively participate in economic, social, and political life.

Enhancing the psychological well-being of highly vulnerable children and women in the central governorate through the provision of selected and specialized psychosocial services and short-term temporary job opportunities for those most in need in the Gaza Strip. Approximately 80 graduates from various specializations, holding at least a bachelor's degree and aged between 20 and 40 years, benefited from these services. This initiative responds to the deteriorating social services sector due to the political and economic conditions in the Gaza Strip over many years. These services contribute to fostering a sense of belonging and integration into society, reducing social isolation, and enabling highly vulnerable individuals to feel their importance and value in the community, thereby enhancing their sense of effectiveness and personal worth.

This project aims to combat gender-based violence and address the deep gaps in equality between women and men through a comprehensive and integrated approach focused on empowering women and enhancing their active participation in public and community life. The project stems from a firm belief that lack of community awareness of the pivotal role women can play in various fields is one of the most significant obstacles to achieving social justice and sustainable development. Accordingly, the project includes a series of awareness-raising and training activities targeting women and girls, as well as youth and men, with the aim of spreading a culture of respect for equal rights and breaking stereotypes and preconceived notions about gender roles. The project also works to enhance women's economic independence through vocational training workshops, entrepreneurship courses, and linking beneficiaries to job market opportunities or microfinance. Additionally, the project provides psychological, social, and legal support services to women and girls who are survivors of violence, with a focus on building an integrated referral system that connects relevant institutions to ensure an effective and dignified response. This project as a whole seeks to bring about real change in the social and cultural structures that restrict women, and to contribute to creating a safe, just, and equitable environment that enables all, women and men, to participate in building stronger and more inclusive societies.

The project aims to economically and socially empower community members in Gaza, particularly women and young people, including those with disabilities, by enhancing their capabilities and enabling them to enter the labor market as skilled workers or to establish and successfully grow sustainable businesses. Through targeted workforce training and entrepreneurship development services, the project will equip participants with the necessary skills to thrive in traditional, non-traditional, creative, and innovative sectors. By fostering employability and entrepreneurial potential, the initiative seeks to create a more inclusive and dynamic labor market, ensuring that by the end of the project, these individuals are well-prepared to contribute to the economic and social development of their communities, leading to a more prosperous and equitable future for all.
